Coaching aims to support you in finding strategies and tools to move you closer toward your goals. Coaching is action-focused; Clients are in charge of their destinations and are supported in finding solutions from within themselves. The intention of these sessions is to help you discover what you want to do in your life, career and in regards to your personal well being.
Objective: Helping people achieve their goals. The basic presumption of coaching is that clients are in a good and willing place mentally and emotionally, and ready to receive guidance and instruction on how to make changes that will help them achieve their goals. The work focuses on creating and maintaining motivation, exploring obstacles, and creating plans for change.
